Pros: Easy to use helpdesk software that is suitable for small, medium or large businesses. Pricing is quite affordable, yet it is powerful helpdesk software helps manage and control helpdesk operation. It can be set up to work according to the workflow that is matched to your business needs. The package is simple to learn and minimum of training can get operators productive. No specialist visit is required for set up either. The application can scale easily as the data used grows. You can start with a simple database as Access and then graduate to large scale databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. LBE Help Desk Software helps increase customer satisfaction, reduce customer downtime, reduce support call numbers, improves efficiency. This desktop product version is for the use of customer support representatives. Complete control is given over how data is presented, and the desktop help desk software comes with powerful predefined filters, shared data views, text macros and more. Extensive reporting is available. Monitor your helpdesk activity, performance and expenditure. Graphical representations help comprehension quicker, HTML formats lets you publish the data quickly. Text macros help prepare support staff respond to customer communication quickly. E-mail support helps maintain communication between the representatives as well as with customers when a job is actioned or created.
